Pavel Beklemishev graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute. He began his career as a design engineer at AOMZ 'Hydromash', and over the years, from 1979 to 1990, he worked at this enterprise in various positions including head of bureau, shop, department, chief economist, and deputy director.From 1990 to 1991, he served as the head of the department at the 'KRAMDS' corporation. For three years, from 1992 to 1995, he held the positions of director at AOMZ 'Hydromash' and president of 'Hydromash Plant' joint-stock company. Since 1995, he has been the head of 'Belkamit' joint-stock company.Over the years, he has been a member of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the board of the International Union of Commodity Producers, chairman of the board of the Association of Equipment and Services Manufacturers for Subsoil Users of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and a member of the board of directors of 'Kazakhstan Engineering' national company.
