As part of the 113th Session of the International Labour Conference in Geneva, the delegation of the National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Kazakhstan “PARYZ” held a number of important meetings on the international stage.
On June 10, a meeting took place between the First Vice Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Askarbek Ertayev, and the Chairman of the Presidium of the National Confederation of Employers “PARYZ”, Zhumabek Zhanykulov, with Deborah France-Massin, Director of the ILO Bureau for Employers’ Activities.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the development of the institutional capacity of employers’ organizations, as well as the strengthening of cooperation with the International Labour Organization.
Additionally, on the sidelines of the conference, a working meeting was held between Zhumabek Zhanykulov and Roberto Suárez Santos, Director General of the International Organisation of Employers (IOE).
During the dialogue, the parties explored prospects for implementing joint initiatives, introducing training programs for employers, and strengthening cooperation at the international level.
Participation in such events contributes to enhancing the position of the national employers’ association on the global stage and opens up additional opportunities for the development of social partnership.
